Urban Green is now open!
It is located at a short 6-minute walk from Otsuka station (JR Yamanote line) and a 5-minute walk from Shin-Otsuka station (Marunouchi line). Located on the 2nd floor and 3rd floor of Urban Green is our new shared office space: RYOZAN PARK GREEN.
At RYOZAN PARK GREEN, we have 3 private offices, 3 private booths, and a Laboratory.
Urban Green’s unique style was designed by architect Akihisa Hirata. In April, when the building opened, a variety of greenery sprouted as spring arrived. The entire building became surrounded by greenery, reminiscent of “a lush green mountain in the middle of the city”.
Through the power of green, the entire building has become the “lush green mountain in the middle of the city”.
From the first floor, you can go up the stairs to the offices on the 2nd and 3rd floors, passing by the waterfall-shaped wall. You can also take an elevator.
This is the terrace area of the 2nd floor entrance.
The waterfall-like wall pictured is made of concrete canvas, a dynamic medium that allows for a dynamic structure, but hardens into a solid, non-moving structure.
This is the open space for RYOZAN PARK GREEN office members. Seated next to the “waterfall”, inspiration flows easily to those working and brainstorming here.
There are three seats along the wall, separated by curtains, and each seat is equipped with a shelf and spotlight.
The table was custom constructed with the space in mind, functionally set up with its back to the wall and facing inward.
There are two private rooms on the 2nd floor that can be used by several people.
Room 201 is small, at about 6.5 square meters, but has the “waterfall” and large windows, giving one a sense of openness, light, and nature.
Room 202 is located next to 201. Both rooms have electronic keys at the entrance.
Room 202 is approximately 9.4 square meters.
Upon opening the door, you will see a desk large enough for two people, as well as a second desk in the back that can also accommodate two. The desk height is adjustable, allowing it to be used as a shelf if necessary.
However, there is a large vertical cabinet between the desks that provides excellent storage capacity.
The back wall of the office is covered in large windows, brightly lighting the room.
The office kitchenette and two restrooms are also located on the 2nd floor.
The 3rd floor has Room 301 (private room) and a laboratory space. Please see below.
Right up the stairs, the entrance on the 3rd floor is next to the “waterfall”. The office can also be entered from the elevator hall on the opposite side.
Room 301 is approximately 7.8 square meters, and is currently unfurnished.
This room also includes its own private terrace, where one can grow plants or make phone calls from.
Located on the 3rd floor is a laboratory space of approximately 20 square meters. This laboratory is exclusive to RYOZAN PARK GREEN office members. Its lowered floor was designed to allow water to run through the space, and two sinks were installed (currently only water is installed). This laboratory can be used as a laboratory for hydroponic cultivation and dyeing.
Those working in this unique space will find that the atypical setup is refreshing, helping with brainstorming and creative efforts.
The Laboratory also has a small terrace from which you can see the “waterfall” and the plants up close, a beautiful scene that will change with the seasons.
Those who move into RYOZAN PARK GREEN will also have the option of using the coworking space that is located at RYOZAN PARK OTSUKA (Minami-Otsuka T&T Building 6F), which is a 7-minute walk from RYOZAN PARK GREEN.
This coworking space is normally priced at ¥16,500 per person per month, but it’s free for RYOZAN PARK GREEN office members! RYOZAN PARK GREEN office members can choose which shared workspace they would like to work at, as each location offers different benefits and aesthetics.
