The natural materials were sourced in Japan and from overseas to create a space that makes you forget you’re in the middle of the city. Although Sugamo GRAND mostly serves as a workspace, the area is often used for networking and creative events. Our fully stocked kitchen allows for professional and up-and-coming chefs to share their recipes with our members. The 2nd floor also features a gallery to support up-and-coming artists.

ANNEX

ANNEX is a refined, airy space with the feel of an art gallery. Wood and marble surfaces bathed in sunlight create a fresh and calm atmosphere perfect for quiet, focused work or study.

LOUNGE

LOUNGE is where you go to work when you don’t want to go to work. Host clients here or simply unwind with a book and a well-deserved drink.

An exclusive parlour in the style of a European lodge, this is the place to brainstorm, collaborate, let the creative juices flow – even play the piano by the fireplace. Lounge is also home to a local craft beer company offering coffee, lunches, and special happy hour services.

GRAND

The 4th floor of GRAND offers comfortable, private office space with access to phone booths on the 3rd floor and our 1st-floor co-working space.

The modern offices are simple yet minimalistic and functional. The fully private rooms are available for teams f 2-5 people. Membership through our private office includes the use of meeting booths and standing desks to help ease physical strain and increase concentration. Members also have access to the 1st-floor co-working space to help accommodate various work styles.

CORE

CORE, our most spacious coworking office, is perfect for freelancers, students, entrepreneurs, and remote workers. Parents of Ryozan Park Preschoolers work here for free.

A large meeting room with projector and whiteboard wall, standing desks, relaxing reading deck with beanbag seating, our quiet ‘Green Room’ with study booths, a Scottish-style lounge, and access to the rooftop garden make it a versatile and convenient workspace.

FOCUS

FOCUS offers 11 private offices all laid out in glass and untreated wood: a fresh and simple space to zero in on the task at hand.

Offices are suitable for 2-6 people making them perfect for startups and satellite offices. Amenities include a kitchenette, two meeting rooms and a collaboration space. Members have free access to the rooftop terrace and coworking at Core.
